Cancellation policy

Once you are booked, you can cancel at any time.  However, we do not provide refunds for any reason.  Any cancellations within 60 days of arrival will be credited paid amounts towards a future stay in the same property for two years (from the arrival date), and subject to availability and then-current pricing, and during the same general date range of the original booking.  Unpaid amounts are required at the time of rebooking.   The cancellation credit may only be used once.
