  • Cancellation Policy: See cancellation policy statement in website footer.
  • Payment: Deposit: Guests are charged a 50% deposit upon booking. Final Payment: 50% payable thirty days before the check in date. Security deposit required for longer term rentals and special circumstances. Upon request, prospective guests must provide background and rating/reviews, such as Airbnb or VRBO.
  • Published Rate & Occupancy: Rates vary according to season and holidays and subject to change at any time.
  • Prevailing Mexico Occupancy and IVA taxes apply to all bookings.
  • Cleaning and Linen Fees apply to all bookings
  • Orchid Recuperation Fee: This fee ($340 pesos daily) is paid directly to the Orchid administration office upon arrival, and covers use of the extensive common areas at Orchid including pools and gym. This fee is not part of the booking. 
  • Credit Card Fee on Charges: Please note that Orchid does not accept cash in the restaurant. A a 3% fee is added to all credit card charges.
  • Power Allowance. Guests are permitted an average of 50KW per day for electric power. Any amounts over that allowance will be charged $3 pesos/KW to the guest. Guests are encouraged to turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the the property.  We've found that 50KW is sufficient.
  • Concierge: A Personal concierge is available to you. You will be contacted prior to check-in by your concierge to discuss services including, but not limited to, arranging airport transportation, restaurant reservations, housekeeping services, excursions, spa/massages, etc. Tips are encouraged for your concierge and housekeeper.
  • Property Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause or any lost items such as keys or towels. Immediately following your check-out, the concierge will conduct a physical inspection of the unit. If there are damages, the concierge will prepare a written report with photos and email to you along with a damage quote. You authorize us to charge your credit card for damages.
  • Bloom Restaurant is closed on official Mexico holidays. Pricing and menu availability is subject to change based on season.
  • You must abide by the Orchid House Rules which will be provided to you upon check-in.
